To begin today’s class, please click on this link and allow the file to download. The file you are downloading is the Regents Exam in American History for January 2007. You will be taking a similar exam in June. Much of the preparation has taken place in Mr. Koffenberger’s class, but we will be spending a few weeks prepping for the essays in writing class.
So, once the file is downloaded, please be able to do the following two things (use Kurzweil if you need to):
- Name the two essays on the test (they are at the end)
- Tell me some ways in which they are the same or different from each other
- This one is a bonus (I know I said two above). Tell me how the essays are the same of different from the ELA Regents essays.
- Print out a copy of each essay (please use the page function in the print box so that you do not print out the whole test).
When you have completed each of these steps please go see Mr. Hopkins.
